   • Coordinated Bright Ceramics Project targeted production 90K SFT/Day, and worked with layout plan, machines sourcing, technical negotiations for finalization in Sylhet DBL Economic Zone; Space Capacity 5.5 Lacs SFT, Budget 250 core BDT
   • Made plan to produce Mosaic Tiles and sourced & purchased Press, Glaze, Kiln, Sorting & Packing production lines; Space Plan 30K SFT, Production Capacity 3.5K SFT/Day, Budget 10 core BDT
   • Sourced, procured and installed 3 Sorting & Packing Machines, Production Capacity 15k SFT/Day, Space Capacity 2800 SFT, Budget 5 core BDT

   • CABLE PROJECT - Led sourcing, procurement, and installation of cable and wire manufacturing machinery and materials optimization initiatives, including copper/brass melting furnaces, drawing, bunching, extrusion, coating, and coiling lines for cable and magnetic wire projects (≈ BDT 29 crore total budget), while standardizing metal sheets, reducing material wastage, resolving copper conductor quality concerns, and delivering cumulative cost savings of ≈ BDT 1.85 crore.
   • Compressor Manufacturing Plant - Established and upgraded compressor manufacturing quality infrastructure, procuring and installing 85+ metallurgical and magnetic wire testing machines (≈ BDT 4.3 crore budget), developing a cost-effective metallographic analysis system, setting up two advanced material testing labs with a 55-member team, stabilizing process quality, reducing process loss from 10% to 2%, and achieving annual savings of ≈ BDT 1M.
   • Screw Manufacturing Project - Implemented and successfully commissioned a screw manufacturing project, installing a mild steel wire drawing line, pit-type annealing furnace, and heat treatment furnace (≈ BDT 2.5 crore budget), while receiving project management training, benchmarking global best practices through factory visits and industrial fairs in Thailand and Taiwan, and delivering the project on schedule.

   • Stabilized steel melting process with proper scrap management and reducing heating cycle for 18MT furnace; time reduced 10-15 min/cycle
   • Standardized the proper chemical composition during alloy addition in steel melting furnace with spectroscopic analysis to get deserve properties; furnace capacity 18 MT
